Do a pedicure yourself in 15 minutes by - November 10, 2021November 30, 20210 Do you want to have beautiful, soft feet with well-groomed and varnished nails every day? But is it costing you dearly? And if you do it at home, does it take you a long time? What if I tell you that I have the solution! And yes ladies, from now on you will be able to do a pedicure yourself in 15 minutes with only a disposable pedicure kit. 1- Exfoliate your feet So first of all, if you have any polish, remove it. Then fill a small basin with lukewarm water and add a little salt. You can use bath salt or even the salt we all have in our kitchens. Let your feet, in the basin, relax for five minutes. Once the time is up, use a rasp to remove any small, dead or hard skin. You can, of course, use either an electric grater or a normal grater.A quick tip, ladies, don’t stay in one spot for more than three or four seconds! It’s not over, we continue the exfoliation. To do this, mix a little salt with olive oil and half a lemon. Apply all of the mixture to your feet, massaging them with circular motions. After two minutes you can wash the feet. 2- Cut your nails Once your feet are super clean and the toenails are super soft, take the opportunity to clip your toenails. Consider using scissors instead of a nail clipper. Obviously, if you have the time to file them instead of cutting them, it will be much better for your nails. 3- Remove cuticles To remove the cuticles, you must have a skin regrowth made of wood (boxwood stick) or iron. This skin regrowth will not only allow you to push the cuticles and then cut them, but also to remove the dirt on the contours and under the nail. 4- Hydrate your feet well Your feet are ready to be pampered! And of course, beauty starts with hydration. And yes, ladies, hydration is very important especially for your feet which are not always in a pleasant environment. So, for hydration, you can use several products: olive oil, almond oil, argan oil, shea butter, moisturizer … Choose what you want, the main thing is good massage the feet so that it penetrates the skin. 5- Nourish your nails We don’t just feed our skin, but our nails too! Indeed, the nails also need to be hydrated. For this, I advise you to use an oil instead and massage the nails very well. This will strengthen them and make them flexible. 6- Polish your nails Applying the polish is the last step, but also the crucial step. For a long-lasting polish, start with the application of a primer. You can use either a hardening base or a yellowing base. Then apply a thin layer of varnish. Once the first coat is dry, apply a second, but more generous, coat. Finally, apply the top coat, for better resistance.
